How to make a cleaning report during the job
- Before you start, walk each room and add Before photos with the Camera button. Mark any existing damage.
- Clean as normal. There's nothing to do in the app while you work.
- After each room, take the After photos from the same spots and mark tasks Done.
- Note anything you couldn't finish, such as a stain that won't lift, as Needs attention, with a note.
- Get a signature and send it. The client signs on your phone, then download or share the PDF.

Add your company name, phone, website and logo once in “Company name and logo”. They appear on the cover of every report you make on that device, and your project files keep them too. Reports are free and unlimited, so send one with every job if you like.
